Before you decide if you understand me… I want you to feel me.

I’m someone who notices what’s not being said. Who feels what shifts in a room before anyone speaks. Who has sat in silence, knowing something wasn’t right… and had to decide whether to ignore it or face it.

My name is Lady Cannelle.

And that name didn’t come from perfection it came from becoming.

Becoming aware. Becoming honest. Becoming someone who could no longer pretend just to keep things comfortable.

Because the truth is…

I’ve been in spaces that didn’t feel right. I’ve held on to things longer than I should have. I’ve questioned myself when my intuition was already clear.

And maybe you have too.

There’s a certain kind of person who will find this space.

Not by accident… but by recognition.
