This isn’t therapy. This is a space for people who are highly aware…but were never taught how to understand what they feel. Here we focus on clarity, awareness, and learning how to navigate your inner world, with intention.


About the Founder

I’m Cannelle, I am a therapist and emotional intelligence strategist specializing in awareness, emotional discipline, and internal clarity. I’ve spent years working with people in some of their most vulnerable moments and one thing became clear to me;

Many of us aren’t struggling because something is wrong with us…we’re struggling because we were never taught how to understand ourselves. I’ve lived that experience too, feeling deeply, overthinking, absorbing everything around me and question why I was this way. Over time, I realized something powerful: awareness isn’t the problem, not knowing how to manage it is.

This space is where I share what I’ve learned not just professionally, but personally. Because understanding yourself changes everything.
