I close my eyes sometimes and feel everything in me trying to claw its way out - every dream, every vision, every version of myself I have imagined but have not yet become.
This life does not last forever, and I feel that truth in my chest like a weight I cannot put down.
I want to do so many things. I want to be so many things.
But when I try to organize it all in my mind, it becomes noise - beautiful, passionate, overwhelming noise.
And the strangest part?
I can map it all out perfectly for everyone else.
I can see their path clearly, speak life into their purpose with confidence, and hold space for their confusion without flinching.
But when it comes to me, the map goes quiet.
And so I sit - alone with everything I am - not lonely, but full. So full it aches.
If that resonates with you, I want you to hear this:
The pressure you feel may not be a sign that something is wrong.
What feels like restlessness may actually be growth asking for room.
Not every uncomfortable season is a crisis. Sometimes it is your spirit stretching beyond old limits, old fears, old expectations, and old versions of yourself.
The ache is not always a warning.
Sometimes it is an invitation.
Start small.
Not with a five-year plan, but with one honest question:
What is the one thing that will not leave me alone?
Write it down.
Sit with it.
Let it breathe before you try to build it into something.
You did not arrive at this place overnight. The layers of your life - your experiences, your gifts, your victories, and your wounds - took years to form.
You are not going to untangle them in a day, an hour, or a single moment of clarity.
And that is okay.
Healing and becoming are not races.
They are rivers - slow, steady, and always moving forward, even when you cannot see it.
You are already good at helping others find their way.
Now it is time to let yourself receive some of the grace, patience, and compassion you so freely give to everyone else.
You are sitting alone, but that does not mean you are empty.
Sometimes solitude is simply the place where your next self is waiting for you to arrive.
Be patient with her.
She is closer than you think.
